It would be easier to have X forwarding set to yes, ssh into the machine, and, if necessary, export your term display on server. You can just use what the server offers in the case of fonts on the client. I have used Exceed on win32 platforms many times to do just this, and it works just fine. Your pipes should be more than adequate since you are on a lan. drjung -- J.
