Personally, I would uninstall all gphoto2 rpms. If you've done it from source, try a 'make uninstall' in the source directory. It may work, it may not. Then reboot and go through an "upgrade". It really should not install anything, but it will rewrite a few config files. Without looking at your machine, I have no ideas at this point. Blue skies...
