Hey Todd.... I checked my M9.0 box at work and it DOES have the /dev/ttys0 and 
ttys1 as it should. This box did not have it. ?? I don't know why, but once I 
added the link and found a simple terminal program to talk on the serial 
port, I was then able to communicate out serial port 2. Thanks for all your 
help on this.
