Gah! It STILL doesn't work. I do not understand this. I have plugger, I have the mandrake shockwave plugin rpm installed. I have no problems in mozilla or galeon but konqueror refuses to work. I did what you did (except for the /usr/local/mozilla) and dumped all references to netscrape but it flat refuses to load the damn plugin: "Unable to load Netscape plugin for..." ANY page with an swf file embedded in it. I have one entry for *.swf in applications (under file associations). It is setup to use Netscape plugin viewer and set to view it embedded. What. The. Hell?
