tcpwrappers disallowing the connection? Look at the /etc/hosts.allow and hosts.deny files. >From the machine running the pop3 server, can you telnet to port 110? If so, then try disabling iptables completely to test. Check the ipop3 configuration and log files. It should log all connection attempts -- does the log show any errors?
