eeeeeeeeheee, are you sure about that,,,,??? I just add the folders from the 
#4 powerpack 7.2 to the sofware sources and search for viavoice, it finds and 
installs it fine. the foldes I add are "/Blackdown" and "/Viavoice" I have 
found it does not work to copy those folders to the hard drive.
