That is fairly accurate. Many times though I'll go into this gui and search 
for a file. If it doesn't show under installed, I have to close the remove, 
open the install, etc. Before you could do it all in one place. Just an 
annoyance is all. A lot of us felt it was a step backwards. Not as intuitive 
and not as user friendly. But like others have said, it isn't democratic and 
you either like it or lump it. It is kind of weird though to have voting 
system and letting folks "think" they are shaping the direction of a product 
when really they aren't. IF the developers decide they want to implement an 
idea, then and only then does it happen. I think some folks get disgruntled. 
Myself included, but I'm getting over it. :) I just don't waste my time 
voting anymore and for the most part sit and watch. Somehow I found myself 
hitting reply tonight damnit! Must be the beer. hahaha
