So that say we could have a French, German, Spanish, Tagalog, etc, web within the main web. (just like howto or any other section is. Then people could cross link and babelfish like mad to "understand" help given. Since I'm willing to bet that most "users" aren't English speakers... I think it's great. Once the main section is set up, someone who wants it could be give authority to modify it to suite the needs and culture of the language.
