I would like my /usr directory to belong to the wheel group and for the group to have write privileges. I can set these options, but when I go back later they're reset to root as the group owner and the group having no write privilege. I suspect this is some sort of security process running in the background, but I have no idea what it is. Anyone have a clue as to what might be doing this?
