Mozilla 1.3.1 under Mdk 9.1. I know it must be a simple configuration problem, as I can show the header and footer in the one version that I have set to print 2-up and duplex, i.e. 4 pages to the sheet. That is set with very wide margins on the CUPS side. But it's that inability to change the Mozilla margin setting to anything above 0.5" that's worrying me.
