Hello Judy, The Daz meshes have a certain look that they retain, due to the mesh layout and small-scale shape details which are not affected by FaceGen.
Apart from that, no adjustment is made; the medium and large scale shape should be close to identical to the shape of the face cutout you see in FaceGen Artist.
