Yes! Exactly.

And to me, that phrase ties to: 
"When the mind realizes God, it is permanently established there and
does not desire other things."

To me SB's comments provide a stronger flavor that reflects my own
experience better than scores of commentators on IT (including the
flavor often posted on this list). 

For example, when the mind is infused with God, there is no path to
anger. All entries shut. Pitta fires are quickly doused with THIS (as
opposed to That -- part joke, part deeper joke).

As if the mind gets involved in the world just enough to function, but
it has giant redwood sequoia roots spreading deep into the earth,
unshakable.

But then again, I am usually the "special ed" spiritual group.
