Tom T; 34 years of TM and the last 9 years in FF, currently retired and Lotrel 5/10 has worked wonders. BP last spring was at 180 over 100 and the dentist refused to work on me, last time I had it checked three weeks ago it was 115 over 75. You take what you need and leave the rest. Tom
