To All: The contest between Obama and Hillary may appear contentious at the present time. But there is another angle to this pair. If they joined forces in the end, they could consolidate all of the Democratic votes. It doesn't matter who runs for president. The selection process during the Democratic convention will eventually pick a winner one way or the other.
It appears to me that these two candidates have grabbed the nation's attention for many months now. These two should join up as the Democratic presidential ticket. They have a good chance of beating McCain. In the past, JFK teamed up with Johnson to win the presidential election even though the two did not agree with many political issues at the time. If they don't, it appears McCain would have the winning hand in the November election. JR
