$425 is correct.  Otherwise how would those estimates based on the US 
population say that the $700 billion is $2300 per person.  Also the 
actual number of tax returns in 2003 was around 131 million.  Use that 
number as it probably varies only a little.

The US government's fiscal year ends September 30th.  They will go 
bankrupt at that point.  The elite are running scared because if 
congress delays the bailout beyond that point the elite is screwed.  I 
believe congress knows this and it is time for the "blowback."  The 
elite didn't believe this would take place until after the election.  
Just karma, I say.
