How about just one week previous? What if Bharitu could modify the script? Let's let anyone with an opinion on that chime in. Have at it folks. The advantage of allowing the one week carryover is that, by design, it encourages people to post less, so when a person comes across a subject they love, they can not only fully contribute, but enjoy it more. So people will tend to favor "quality" rather than "quantity". They would also tend to contribute to subjects where their voice is best heard. Conversely, people who abuse their posts on a weekly or day-to-day basis would not have that advantage. But the ability to better share in their own like (or dislikes) should encourage them to hold back. So it's an incentive for over-post abusers to become more mindful. I'd be in favor of it if Bharitu can figure out a way of automating it.
