Since 1055 of VC residents are pundits from India who cannot vote (plus other foreign national rus), the actual number of eligible voters in VC is small. The Census bureau estimate in 2006 was that about 222 people, including children, of course, lived in VC, but that would also include some non-ru farmers and others, who tended to be for McCain out in the sticks of Jefferson County, as the stats for other townships above show.
