I don't know, but you would think it is not just to teach anyone anywhere, but to teach whole schools so that there is proper backup, checking etc. I think David Lynch foundation is for the purpose of teaching kids in America, but who knows. It was something not set up by Maharishi really (a bit like Enlightened Sentencing program) so perhaps the funds will be used in ways that our small rational minds can understand and accept. Besides, it is not about raising money ion the concert to teach 1 million, I doubt you could raise anything like that. It is about raising awareness about the possibility to teach one million if other people get behind. (Eg. Richard Branson owes for good karma - BIGTIME. Probly Steve jobs and a bunch of others too. They would be better off doing something useful with their money than trying to stay in the business of flying to space, selling ringtones, and useless over-priced gadgets (consciousness has already changed among the young about what their priorities are now), or staying in the stock market) OffWorld
