Just goes to show that I should trust my intuition more. My first impulse was to write to him and say that the guru he was looking for was almost certainly Jim Flanegin. Now it seems an *obvious* best choice. Jim's enlited, he has shown no tendency to charge money for his advice, and he and new7892001 already share a predilection for deception. Sounds like a guru-disciple relationship made in heaven to me. :-)
