Dear Shemp, whoever you are.

Sorry you're having troubles, if you are not putting us on.

No one here is willing to give you a checking here, so I will give it a go.

Back up a moment. So, are you a meditator?
Do you practice meditation regularly?
If you practice meditation, do you also include a full
set of asanas, and pranayama before you meditate?
Do a full meditation? Take plenty of time to come out of meditation?

Of course as we all know if we don't take plenty of time to come out of
meditation afterwards it could give rise to some roughness or irratibility in
activity.

May be then really look to your spiritual practice and life routine too.
Simpler things like good routine, bath before bed and take some hot milk or
herbal tea before sleep.

You might want to go to the TM-ex web site and read through the old meditation
checking notes there. There is a lot of good advice in them. That might be of
help too.

Oh, if you meditate regularly, are you doing the long meditations? Like the
three hour Raja program?

How about going back t o the basic 20minutes two times a day. You know, slow
simmer instead of boil.

Jai Guru Dev
With Best Regards,
