The question is, do we know for sure what that point is? Or to put it another way, how much of it do we have access to, and do we have the potential to get at more of it? (I should have said, the body-mind's healing capabilities.) The notion of "remembered wellnessk," BTW, happens to be at the basis of Maharishi Vedic Vibration Therapy, although I don't believe they use that phrase specifically. At any rate, it's not original with Benson by any means.
