Well, if you don't use the technique, then we can't say
it's ineffective on the basis of the afflictive emotions
so evident in your posts.

But how about Barry? Would you say his posts show evidence
of how the mindfulness he promotes has helped him keep his
afflictive emotions under control? And Vaj? He's a big
proponent of mindfulness.
