Well, no one else said it, so I am going to. The beautiful century old Gothic Chapel(historic landmark)on campus, to which at least one poster referred, was torn down. In my opinion, the fact that the chapel was torn down says it all. For the hypothetical question of whether or not a Bible study group would be allowed: A better question is, would it be attended? To my knowledge, many in Fairfield, and some of the posters on this blog, are anti-organized religion.
