Well the owner of the company that manufactures this complex product has to comply with all kinds of government regulation in order to get set up to do business. Then he has to deal with labor unions and provide a living wage, obama-care, six weeks paid vacation and prove he's not discriminating against anybody and have a legal defense fund in case some child swallows one of his products and sues his company because he didn't put enough warning labels in the detailed manual that gave specific instructions in five different languages of how to use and not use his product. Plus he has to hire a tax lawyer to make sure he's complying with all taxes and everything is functioning on the up and up.....
