The rent is too damn high!
It's usually 100 degrees in the shade around here and I like wearing my
$149 leather jacket at least once or twice a year. If I want to sweat,
I'll go to a sweat lodge, naked. Most of the time I wear a nice
"Hawaiian shirt" - and they are all silk sent to me from my friend over
in Thailand.

Why not turn up the heating? Then you could wear a silk shirt and
linen slacks and feel unrestricted.
