They exist in our consciousness. That's why people see these subtle beings while in altered states of consciousness induced by drugs or while in the dream state of consciousness and in samadhi.
IMO, this phenomenon cannot be ignored as a scientific fact nor be dismissed as a fantasy. As such, this phenomenon suggests that the higher spacial dimensions exist in human consciousness. IOW, the familiar space-time continuum seamlessly merges into the human states of consciousness.
