Share, I've got Biden with a Scorpio ascendant. He will running the period of a retrograde Jupiter in November, 2016. This period is not very strong as well. But he might get the nomination as the Democratic candidate for the presidency, by virtue of being the current VP of the present administration.
Given the jyotish indicators, the Democrats should look for a stronger candidate.
