This is what he read when he looked at Leopold Fischer's book (1966) The Tantric Tradition. I don't remember which chapter it was in but this is the kind of material that constitutes Prairie Dog's "mind". These are cribbed ideas from old books he once read which he displays as if they were his "original" thoughts.
