True that, but do the rest of us have to hear about it? Incessantly? We're already "cured", MJ. It is you guys, wearing the cult shades, that have issues with all of this. If all the spiritual and religious organizations disappeared tomorrow, I wouldn't be bothered. Same thing, with them sticking around. Seems to me you and Barry had some really significant stuff happen to you both, when you were in Cultland. And it is still being dealt with, apparently.
It wasn't that way for me. I learned a lot, both good and bad, working for the TMO, but given the totality of my life, growing up in faraway and exotic places, even Maharishi running around in a dhoti wasn't much of a big deal. I am pretty devout about my seeking, but it has never translated, into something that fundamentally drove where I live, what I do for a living, how I raise my family, or, who my friends are. It was interesting, working for the TMO, but really a drop in the bucket. Between all that, and the price of a gallon of milk, I am more concerned about the price of milk.
