MD,

I've never had a dream about doing asanas. It's probably indicative of the
truth since I could not do the full lotus in real life since my legs are too
stiff. But I can do the head stand, I forget the sanskrit name for it. That
asana is supposedly best for health.

I used to do asanas in my dreams. Never could get in a good padma asana in
waking but it was always so comfortable and felt just right in dreaming.

 Subject: [FairfieldLife] Dream of Flying

A few minutes before the alarm clock rang this morning, I was dreaming of a
cartoon character who was talking on a TV screen. Then, I felt myself being
led into a lounge where people were having conversations. I felt like I was
riding on my pillow. As I slid around the lounge, I saw other people who were
flying high above me. So, I too wanted to fly like they do.

By focusing on it, I was able to get as high as they and found myself looking
at a window near the roof. I looked outside and found that the lounge itself
was flying in space and there were other lounges flying outside. So, I
continued to fly around the lounge above the other people who were still
sitting on the sofa chatting. I wondered if they too can fly.

When I awoke, I wondered what caused this dream? It was probably due to the
beer I drank before going to sleep. It was Sierra Nevada IPA, with a Torpedo
label.
