Democratic House and Senate.Due to the unpopularity of what he passed, he lost
his House and later his Senate.That means the country does not support his
agenda. When he loses the means of passing legislation that he wants, that is
the voters saying "no more soup for you!".Live in the big house, fly in the
plane, play golf, we'll even give you a trillion dollars over tax revenues to
play with every year, but you're finished.

for his race" is that Congress is unwillling to challenge him because they're
afraid they'll be accused of racism.
