Actually, FRESH water buffalo mozzarella from Italy is supposed to 
be the best mossarella made (I've had it with fresh mozzarella from 
cows)...served with slices of heirloom tomatoes, basil and a 
sprinkling of olive oil and pepper....Mmmmmmmmmmmm.
