Perhaps the most intelligent thing to say is that MMY, for whatever  reason, doesn't talk about kundalini or chakras much, and leave it at  that. He's expounded a great deal on other subjects, so MY assumption  is that he has nothing much to say about what other people consider  all-important. Beyond that? There is also the rather common-sense angle that actually teaching a detailed and personal teaching like kundalini shakti and the chakras to a massive audience would be dangerous. It requires intimate person contact with a teacher to really do correctly and is for the few. Therefore it could be he just wisely decided to be safe and evolutionary.
