Pray for health insurance - non-attachment isn't keeping a stream of
them from getting sick; MD is needing MDs more and more.

They need donations of money, not joy, now that kaplans are no longer
subsidizing the financial gaps in the program.

PS - I like the line in the donations letter about "is this the moon,
no it's Iowa, a takeoff on "is this heaven, no it's Iowa" from the
movie field of dreams.
