Nitpick: Not nearly the most literate, actually.
There are dozens of countries with literacy
percentages in the high 90s; Iraq's had become
quite high due to Saddam's compulsory literacy
program, but it never got much above 90 percent.
Most literate *Arab* country, perhaps.
