That's when I was there. I took the sidhis in 1977 from Aug 12 to Oct 7, with block 3 Sept 9-23, the same time as the governors conference. I can't believe that MMY was there, though, because no one on the citizens side of things ever saw him. If he indeed was at the conference, the staff pulled an amazing hoodwink on the hundred-plus citizen sidhas that were there.
