That was always my perception of how international staff worked in the TMO -- incompetence trying to give the cool, collected impression that everything was under control. My favorite trick (which I know happened several times) was when a charter plane full of course partic- ipants would land in Europe, destined for an undisclosed course location that hadn't even been booked yet. So they'd put hundreds of tired, exhausted travelers in buses and drive them around until somebody signed a contract with a location and they had somewhere to actually send them. ------------------------ Yahoo!
