I didn't lift off during flying until I refrained from all sexual activity for a month. And, then it was a shuddering up the spine and an involuntary muscular contraction in the leg/pelvic region with no heavy respiration as if there were heavy exertion. I also did my fair share of looking around in the dome, and I saw activity that in no way resembled forceful hopping. For example, I saw a guy who was sitting cross-legged (instead of lotus) and he would lift off with his legs just dangling beneath him, but the movement was too smooth and slow to be a muscular contraction. I also saw hopping that resembled a stone skipping across water, which was not at all like the muscular, non-sutric butt-bouncing demonstrated on the Donahue show. To be honest, I really dislike doing the TM-Sidhis program, and I have zero intention of ever doing it again. But, I have to admit there's more to Yogic flying than just bouncing around with muscular exertion. ------------------------ Yahoo!
