Principal's Message To the TL Community October 5, 2006 Transcendental Meditation (TM) I have been working for the past year or so with David Garcia to create an opportunity for students to learn to meditate at school. Student and staff stress is a real health issue and meditation is one way to alleviate it. The TM group in Sausalito has trained a few of the teachers and myself and helped TL obtain a grant from the David Lynch Foundation to train 20 staff and 250 students. What I like about TM is that it is research based.
