Yeah, a lot of gauss, but what's the range of that strong effect? 
Most trains are probably far enough away from residences that there 
is little or no effect at the distance people live.

Must be rough for the guys in the trains though. If they don't suffer ill
effects, that may be evidence that ELF electromagtetic waves aren't that
bad.
