Habeas Corpus in FF, on campus?

Nelson, it is an event that can not be publicly acknowledged or
written about. In all the layers about rights now to privacy no one
can officially talk about it. A number of folks and neighbors were
standing around witness to things there but nothing is released about
it, for privacy protection.

At a point you'd wonder for who's privacy it is to something public
and of public interest that clearly happened? The guy's name is
mum. No official trace but there is lots of stories now around town
but none of them can be identified or printed because of legal
protection of privacy.
So don't officially know the guy's name or whether he lives and was
taken to Guantanomo or even if he was may be shot by officers
arriving. Rumor & Nothing official. Nada, mum is the word. It is
all still rumor about something that plainly happened in an open
society. So it is.
