You see Judy...Vaj has got a point, where's the beef!! (Samadhi) All
eight limbs MUST be practiced simultaneously for the magic to occur
and it does occur. God is only waiting for YOU to take that first step
of self determination (dynamic will power, the arrow must be *aimed*
not just pulled back) ............how else can he get a foothold with
YOU! It's a joint effort, in fact, an eightfold effort; only the
technique is effortless.
Actually that was not my point. There IS a very important and valid
reason the matrix of our life circumstances needs the yama's and
niyama's as a prerequisite for expansion of the gap.
Without them, samadhi will not develop--just a couple of minutes in
that direction.
You take care of the outer, (the lower limbs of Yoga, Yama Niyama
etc.) and God takes care of the inner, (the higher, Samyama, limbs of
Yoga).
