You cannot control guns with any law or police in the world. I come
from Britain, and they have strict gun laws, yet the number of guns
in the country has rocketed since I was a kid, and it is mostly
criminals who get them. That number will only grow. It is not guns
that are a problem. It is murderers that are the problem. Do you see
the difference? Guns cannot be controlled by any law. It is
impossible. You must seek a different strategy.
