I certainly do not experience my life as Ramesh Balsekar describes, but my brief exposure to his ideas occurred during my dark night of the soul, and I really enjoyed and appreciated his perspective. Looking back, I think the reason I enjoyed him so much is that at the time, my entire identity was bound up in I/me, and Ramesh's perspective offered me a glimpse of the absolute polar opposite of my own.
