I've solved this by either refreshing the application scope (add updateapp=1 to URL) or go to Admin tab and rebuild friendly urls.

They're loving it... but as I'm walking them throw the addition of a new tab, we found a bug. We're in the Site tab in Admin... I have them right-click Home and Create Navigation. We call it Publication. Then we approve it, and then right-click Publications and choose Create HTML Page. We give it a name (Publications) and type a paragraph, and save it and approve it. Now we go to the site to view it... refresh the page... good, Publications tab is there. We click on it, and get a 404 error. The URL it's trying to go to is whatever.com/go/publication. When I go back into the Admin section and view the Friendly URL for the page, it's whatever.com/go/publication/publication, and it Previews just fine. What's up with that? Did I/we do something wrong or is this a genuine bug?
