I did manage to add about 10 nav levels, not that I'll need that
many.  I was a little thrown off that only the first sub level display
on the top nav bar, and all subsequent levels displayed on the
sidebar.  Looks like just a matter of adding/adjusting the webskin to
display the nav how I want to.  Sorry for all the newbie questions,
just trying to get a working site together for review ASAP.  Thanks
