When a skeleton is installed, FarCry does remove svn directories. I can't
remember the exact process, but I do remember that it is done to speed up
the process of copying the skeleton files. It should only happen to the
skeleton directory though. Would you junction setup mean that the
core/plugins directories would appear to be in the skeleton directory?
