The junction links are not in the skeleton, they are in at the farcy/core 
and farcry/plugins level.

eg
c:\websites\installer
->farcry
  -> core => link to c:\farcry\core
  -> plugins
    -> plugin1 => link to c:\farcry\plugin1
    -> plugin2 => link to c:\farcry\plugin2
  -> skeletons
    -> ourskeleton
      -> etc
  -> index.cfm
