Check the core/packages/lib/registerLibraries.cfc and look at the
registerJS tag for jQuery UI , does the file path match the one in the
dump? Can you confirm that the file also exists on the server?

If the file exists then an updateapp should fix it, though I'm not sure why
it wouldn't be able to find the file in the first place.
