Folks,
I've been busy setting up a Kanban board for the FarCry 7.0 (Shiny) release:

This is what's currently on our roadmap for completion. It's likely that
several issues may slip to the 7.1 release, but we hope to meet every Epic.
Feel free to hit us up for issue escalations and the like in this thread --
no guarantees, but if we know about it and know someone cares you have a
much better chance of seeing things fixed or added.
A helicopter view of progress to date:
- webtop architecture rebuilt
- finalising the structure of views that make up headers/footers,
modals, etc
- covers a myriad of fixes, improvements, etc throughout the webtop
- unexpected result is that we have a workable plugin architecture
that would allow folks to completely reskin the webtop
- html prototypes for tree management; still trying to make them
"unbreakable"
- overhauled archiving and added undelete; a lot of hidden magic in here
- replaced category management UI (all flex ui's will be replaced with
JS)
We hope to have a workable **alpha** release by the end of the month. The
**alpha** should just drop in and update any 6.2 site. It will be mostly
stable, with known gaps. Probably not of interest to anyone except
tinkerers ;)
Our aim is to have a **beta** that is development ready -- ie. greenfield
projects might use it. And we'd look to have this in place by June -- but
it depends on our work load.

FarCry, or just sponsoring some development in general -- now is the time
to get in touch!!
